Built first AR, having trouble cycling

A buddy at work let me look at his lower that was having the same issue. Exact Same Issue. I looked at his lower build and the tube was visibly out of line with the lower receiver. You could see that it was not an even plane.

I had a buffer out of spec. Found it by swapping buffers from other guns. Good luck.
