Let me put this in perspective. I do way more transfers than sales. I hardly do any sales mostly I just offer transfers for my cerakote customers and locals.

I have zero records of whose credit card or payment was used to pay for any of the guns I've transferred. Zero, zilch, notta, none.

I transfer the gun to the transferee, that's it.

I guess you missed the post where I showed what the use of a forward slash means in the present day usage. It means or. And to be precise, it says Transferee/Buyer. Transferee is listed first which usually means that it carries some priority.
