I filled out the C&R paperwork in less than 20 minutes. It really is very easy. 2 postage stamps and 28 days later I have my very own C&R FFL. I literally decided to fill out the paperwork, filled out and mailed the paperwork at 3am while up for a midnight munchie.

I just printed the form off. Just so I get this correct. One for the BATFE and one for CLEO and payment for filing.

Yep. The CLEO gets the one without payment information.
