Need a local, experienced Chevy/GMC truck mechanic to replace the transfer case in my 2003 K2500 Suburban. I supply the parts, you supply labor.

Please PM me if you're interested and live in the Chickamauga/Rossville/Ft Oglethorpe/Ringgold vicinity.

You’d be lucky to find any shop less than 100/hr, around here anyway.
If you’re not physically disabled it would be better to do it yourself, I’m sure there are plenty of how to videos on YouTube.

If you weren’t so far I would offer to do it for you.

we all pay for stuff we can't do..or don't have tools, time or even just don't want to do..
these services are worth something.. have you seen what other vocations charge?

I see you're in Griffin... Am very familiar with the place, Dad lived in Griffin and had an old office building downtown.

And yes, too far... probably 2.5-3 hours drive.

Right. My advice was that’s it’s very easy and worth a shot in the driveway if physically able.
But going to a shop, I don’t know what people charge anymore.
Used to be 120/hr standard at a dealer.
I would hope they could get this man in and out for a quick 300$

Anyway, in to see results.
Gl my friend.
