The white pepper is kind of expensive but it is worth it and don't mix it with regular pepper or you lose some flavor for some reason.That sounds like something I would try fo sho!
Hell to tha yeah man!!Bone in rib eyes. Salt and pepper. Leave in fridge 24 hrs. Bring to room temp, sear both sides, pull off when thermometer says 135. Compound butter and rest 10 mins.
