Can I apply for GWL with my temporary license?

Anyone know if I can apply for my GWL with my temporary drivers license in Gwinnett County? I've tried calling the probate court but get the answering machine.

Not sure about that, I know when I got my license renewed someone was asking the same question but lived in Cherokee , the lady said his paper license is just as valid as the plastic one.

That's what a sheriff's deputy told me earlier but I'd figured I'd ask.

Paper is the same as plastic.. Just different quality.

Might have changed, but when I last renewed my GWL , the DL was not an issue. I had to show two proofs of residence at the probate court of my county. The new big brother stuff may have changed this.
