You've come to the right place. I'm a huge Hatch chili fan. You're just at the end of the season though. I make my regular Carol Shelby's chili with either coarse ground beef or chunk stew beef. Roast the Hatch chilis on the grill and skin and deseed them, rough chop them up and add to the chili. Gotta take the skins off, they're pretty inedible. Hatch's can be either mild, warm or hot. You never really know, so taste them after you grill 'em so you know.

Extra points for "no beans"!
Where can you get Hatch chilis? Order them? I’ve never seen them in any store?

I used to get the Trader's Joe Vegi Chili and add my own meat (usually hot dogs but I'm a Yankee).

I think it's the same stuff Publix has as Amy's Chili but can't say for sure since they don't have the vegi-only ones that often. Still, it was pretty good since you could add your own meat to it.

I make a pretty good chili and I can do a smoked brisket chili that'll knock your Walmart wool socks off. But, sometimes I don't have time or get lazy and decide to try canned chili.

What is your favorite canned chili if you have one? I saw this at Aldi's and thought I'd give it a try since it was less than $2.50 per can. Prices on anything canned with meat in it have gone through the stratosphere since the e-stim check inflation set in. $4.29 for a can of Libby's Corned Beef Hash? **** that. It better have HASHISH in it!

Also, saw these counterfeit "Chicken in a Biscuit" and thought I'd try them too. Not bad on either product, not bad at all.
I reject your whole premise. GeauxLSU GeauxLSU is correct. Take just a few minutes and make one. It’ll be better

Yeah you know the ones I'm looking for.
We used to sell the hell out of this type of "weiner" in the early 80's at Modern Grocery Co. I think they were 13 ct/ lb or 16 ct / lb so not his exact SKU. Basically the cheapest hot dog that could be sold for human consumption.
