Don't have to pull the plug, Just the wire, put a plug on it ground it out on the eng and turn it over..Be careful not to hold with your hand near plug...

Fuel filter or water in gas
Could still be timing belt. Pull the distributor cap off and look at the rotor while someone cranks the engine. If the rotor does not move it is the timing belt.

That was my guess. The Toyota timing belts are plastic. I had one go out the day after I had a major tune-up. It was not a pleasant surprise to say the least. Unfortunately, it's not something usually covered during that particular tune-up service.
My dad is on his way over. Hes going to take out the fuel pump and im going to buy a new one. Put it back in and see what happens.
