IMHO your weapon is not worth more because you decided to accept a trade in lieu of cash. I would like to hear some of you explain the reasoning behind it though as I am in dire need of entertainment and amusement. Soooo…. Let the **** show begin!! 😂😂😂

Let's say I have a $600 item that is used I have listed for $450 I know it should be $1000 used on the ODT but anyway I would be willing to sale for $450 but I would not trade for a used item that retails new for $450. Otherwise if you have a $600 item listed used for $450 some dingus is going to offer a Yeet Cannon for your Sig it happens anyway but having a higher trade value kinda weeds out the Dingus lol

I prefer cash, but if I list trades then I'm going to want a little more trade value for my item. On the flipside, if I'm trading for an item someone else has listed, and they have a higher trade than cash value, I'm going to value my trade a little more in an attempt to compensate.

I have more of a problem of WHAT people are wanting to trade. Maybe its just me but I rarely get gun offers its usually something weird.

I just list it for sale only or I’m specific in trades by listing an item instead of cash.

Both techniques kind of choke off the steady stream of stippled Glocks or broken rifles that only need a “cheap little part you can get at Ace Hardware for 75 cents.”

If I see ‘sale only’, I’ll still offer a solid trade. But I’ll preface it with something to make me seem less douchie.
