Suppose you detain one intruder with hand cuffs and then another is face down with the muzzle at the base of his skull. Can you be charged with false imprisonment, even though he is going to jail?
Care to explain where you're coming from on this? Why even bring a firearm to the equation if you don't plan on using it? might as well just pepperspray the ****er.

I think everyone had the misconception I am hellbent on shooting someone and that's not the case even for a second. My largest fear of detaining someone is having to deal with multiple intruders, or a cop on edge that could try to neutralize me as a threat. In all honesty, I just hope I'm never put in that position.
I was just about to suggest a group buy for all ODT members ...lol
