Had leftovers tonight and I can say as good as it was last night it was just as good tonight. Life is very good, shrimp and grits at the Avalon for lunch and stuffed salmon for dinner at home.

we do that with carp, nail em to a pine board, face against an open fire, when the board is black throw away the carp and eat the board
