I originally typed a long comment mentioning the father and the mother, but deleted most of it. IMO - The boy will need a few good ass whippings to correct his way of thinking and change his behavior. Both of the parents need their asses beat for the way the boy is behaving. Of course they also need their welfare cut off.

I was trying to figure out who the mom was. It sounded like the girl in yellow was saying out wad so imparting when the older lady would slap them. But was issuing a lot of foul language while doing it. Thank God he's not mine. I'd slapped his as through the wall
