I would offer that "weather modification" is completely different than the "chemtrails" discussion that has been out there for the past ten years or so…. meteorology has been experimenting with cloud seeding and that sort of thing since at least the 1960s that I can remember…. they experimented with trying to make hurricanes die while out over the ocean…. it wasn’t a terribly successful program in my understanding…..
At any rate…. the dispensing of poisonous chemicals by private or commercial aviation is not taking place for the reasons I initially stated in comments above…. cannot say it is totally impossible to be taking place with military or special ops but will go as far as to say it is quite improbable based on my knowledge and experience…. we stand a better chance of being affected by air pollution carried by wind currents in the atmosphere around the world from developing countries like India and China…. now, THAT'S something to be concerned about…..

Assuming every EMP is nuclear is a bit asinine and uninformed. There are natural ones that happen on a regular basis that cause havoc with satellite communications and radio in general. There are also non-nuclear weapons that have been tested capable of knocking out communications and causing electronics damage in a general area.
Now, back to the chemtrails

It’s condensation and exhaust from the engines. It gets really cold at 36,000 feet. Much like when you turn your car on during a cold morning. Yall are actually spreading chemtrails. You’re all part of the problem!!
Yall want to go down a rabbit hole? Look at all the chemicals in your water. People drink so much caffeine that it’s starting to show up in the water supply. 🤣
Again, guys, let's not be so radical, BUT think with me: If government all over the world, got together and agreed to lock us all up in our homes and force every capable working person to take an evil poison juice that they called "vaccine" and the entire plan was to kill as many folks as possible and reduce the world population, aren't they capable of doing something like that as well, spraying us with their urine or whatever in the air? lol
