Do you print off and send the copy to the CLEO before it is approved or after?

I mail mine the same day that I submit my form

Will it not get approved until they have recieved it?

They don’t check. You certify on the application firm that you’ve sent it

You fill it out and submit before/at the same time. Apparently they (ATF) dont check but once a year or so according to the sheriffs office
