CMP & Garand question

Have been trying to get guidance here and on other boards in reference to two consecutive serial numbered Win 13's that i have- and want to rehome. Have had less than great luck so far- with exception of one fine gentleman that met up to disassemble them and give advise.
If i drive to Talladega CMP would there be someone there that could evaluate them, give me guidance, grades, an idea of value, and suggestions on where to look to rehome them appropriately?
Of course it doesnt hurt that i have wanted to see that facility since it opened...lol.

I would think th serious collectors on the CMP Forum could help. I don't think any of the CMP armorers or staff do it for private individuals.

There may be some volunteers like John Beard or Rick the Librarian.

Yes, once i can get accurate info, value, etc for them. I've had them approx 22-24 yrs....

GunBroker. End of story. Let the market decide. List the pair for 10 Grand and see what happens. I wouldn't fiddle with any appraisers, cmp, nothing. Just list and let Almighty capitalism run its course.
