If it's coming from a web forum they can block the input into the poll. It's a common filter. Over at thehighroad.org, it was commonly addressed that you should always copy and paste to avoid having your vote tossed.

Very ambiguous and vague enough. It's a common polling tactic employed to promote an agenda. It would assume that the individual knows what the laws are.
How many of gun wise folks know all the myriad of "gun laws"? Now consider non-gun owners awareness of the deluge of gun laws at the Federal, State and if applicable the municipal level as some states allow municipal gun laws to supersede state law. A poll asking "how many Americans know all the gun laws that apply to them" would be more honest as it's nearly impossible for the average Joe or Jane to even fathom the +20K gun laws that exist at all branches of government power.
This CNN gun poll is typical anti-gun Bull **** propaganda and yes it could be used by Bloomberg types of low or no integrity. However, it appears it will be ignored and never mentioned if the numbers remain stable.....
