Cold weather got me started……..finally!

I bought this 1975 f100 off the ODT from devildogexpert back in 2020 because I had one like this as a kid. I had the transmission rebuilt, it had a 302 out of a 1985 f150 and got it cleaned up with zero leaks, new brakes, brake booster, floor pans replaced and then it sat. The cold weather got me going and now there is no stopping lol. Next step while panels are at the paint shop will be the blower and heater core, all the wiring to the gauges. I’ve never done this before, but I have people helping me out and doing as much as I can myself. I’m enjoying the 1975 simple design. A little elbow grease and finesse and it seems to work out.

I thought it would be a bear replacing the vent window seals. It took a while but managed to fit in tight and it uses no glue on these. Only a million more seals to replace one at a time! I appreciate all the advice on this truck. Never doing this before and being told yes you can and getting it done is awesome. It’s like an AR, you can pull it apart, add things all with some research, advice and get it how you want it.

I replaced the vent windows on my 74 Bronco and it took some time to get them to fit in place. Good job and keep posting pics as the build comes along! 👍🏻👍🏻

I’m feeling confident after installing the vent window seal lol! I’m definitely posting as I go. Never done this but really liking the ability to tinker with it when I get free time. Lots of videos and parts out there helps a ton.

Hah! I was leaning towards satin black, tint the windows, maybe red interior with similar wheels that are on it or possibly blacked out wheels??

Love it man. I love rockin the bench seat with a woman cozied up next to me. Nowadays its just me and my dog. LOL
