COLUMBUS, Ga. (AP) — Nine youths - including a 5-year-old child - were wounded after shots rang out at a gas station in a Georgia city bordering Alabama, authorities said Saturday.

While some of the kids were very young, I think that's the "tell". Playing with guns, one of them (at least) decides they want to take video to discover how long it'll take some punk who "disrespected" them to bleed out.

"We’ve got to find a way in the community to reclaim our young people.” If they had "claimed" them from birth and raised them to be anything but gang members and thugs they wouldn't have to Claim to need to reclaim them.
