Conceal carry a Glock 23

I use an Alien Gear IWB holster for my 19. In my opinion it is the best bang for you buck.

Everyone will have their preference, mine is the Aholster IWB. The holster is compact, comfortable and secure. Carry my G23 at 4 o'clock.

I have two options that I use with my Glock 23, depending on what I am wearing. My most frequent is a Galco Tuck-n-go IWB, very comfortable and low profile. During the cold months, I have a Sigtac Concealed Carry Barn Coat that is fantastic, though I am not entirely pleased with the hook and loop that secures the concealed carry pockets (right & left). If I am at a semi-formal/formal event where I will be wearing a sportcoat or formal jacket the entire time, I usually use a Passport Sidewinder Shoulder Rig that was given to me by a buddy who retired from LE. I also have one black and one white concealed carry t-shirt, but only use those if I am sporting on of my loud Hawaiian shirts and a pair of shorts. Each have their advantages and disadvantages, and are tailored to the situation and environment. Overall, the Galco IWB is my favorite.
