A Hill People Gear Kit bag with the stabilizer strap kit will work. They make different variations (sizes), even one that they call the Runners Kit Bag.

I have several variations for different things, but use a Velcro holster that attaches to the inner pocket that holds my pistol in place. Picture below isn’t mine but I have a similar setup that goes from one rig to another.
