Continuity/content errors in film

In alot of scenes where someone is driving, the column shifter is in park.

LOL, yea we were watching Smokey and the Bandit last night. When Sally commented on he was doing 110, it looked like the ignition switch was off .....Besides that 110 was KM

I'm always checking IMDB and IMFDB while watching movies.

I also like to spot GA locations where they filmed...

those bug me as well especially the racking of a round multiple times without ever firing.

Every semi-auto and shotgun. No one carries one in the chamber. And every scene has someone racking what they're packing.
