Move to Florida for a week, insure your car and have the windshield replaced for free. Florida insurance policies cover windshields, unlike GA. GA insurance will cover it, but you have to cover the deductible.

I replace the windshields on my cars every few years. So inexpensive and I like looking through one without the accumulated chips that cause glare at night.
had one replaced through Progressive
cost was $70
every year my policy had a note

not sure if that hurt my renewal cost or not, but it probable did

Cheap depends on the vehicle. My 18 Mustang was just replaced @$500 out of pocket bc I carry a $1K deductible. Would have been even more expensive if my car had auto sensing wipers/adaptive cruise control.
