Any chance your thumb is hitting the slide lock on recoil?

Insert mag in (empty) weapon, with slide open look down at the relationship between the Slide catch and the magazine follower.
perhaps the slide lock lever is hitting the mag body or the inside of the weapon.

Took it apart again cleaned and polished some parts. Same result . I did purposely put my thumb on the slide release and hold down, no malfunctions when I did that. Probably going to send to CZ and hope they fix it.

Sorry you're having an issue with your Rami. Mine has been 100% reliable. Never had an issue. It's dead on accurate! That's mine in my avatar with a tungsten cerakote finish.

Mine as well I didn't have the P model though. Had thousands through it, accurate AF too. Miss the Rami
