CZ sight compatibility

Anyone know for sure if sights for a 75 will fit a P07? The interwebs are mixed with the responses but most say they will.

Dawson has sights for P07/P09 that are NOT compatible with the 75 series. All I know.

Wasn't trying to push them. Just thinking if their sights for P07/P09 aren't compatible, there might be something to it.
