Yeah, tired after a 6 hour drive home from Raleigh, just ordered pizza.

Last night was leftover Zaxbys. Tonight, I ask my Wife if she had any ideas for dinner. As usual, nothing. So I put a frozen pizza in the oven. Had a small salad while I was waiting. Supreme pizza was good
Nothing wrong with a pizza. That's my go to when I just don't feel like cooking...well that or a grill cheese and some soup.Yeah, tired after a 6 hour drive home from Raleigh, just ordered pizza.
Yep, I keep a frozen pizza in the freezer. It doesn't seem to stay in there more than a few weeks thoughNothing wrong with a pizza. That's my go to when I just don't feel like cooking...well that or a grill cheese and some soup.
That looks delicious. Still has good color. I have one I vacuum sealed and another in the fridge. This evening I'm going to rub it down with roasted garlic olive oil and season with Kinders Brazilian Steakhouse Seasoning. I'll cook it Wednesday night. I'll pull mine between 120-125. I like mine to bleed some. The Kinders tastes really good on it's own so it should do the tri-tip justice. I'm going to go to Publix and buy a couple more before the sale ends. It's a tasty cut and at $6.50 lb it's a steal.fuelman1 I marinated one of those tri-tips for 2 days in Itallian dressing, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, SPG and a combination of some rubs I have here at the house.
Pulled off the smoker at 130° but I wish I had pulled it at 125° like I planned.
Still freaking good and the wife got some of the tip (hehe) that was more well-done how she likes. I had actually cooked her some fried Grouper fingers but I don't have pics of those.
