Just got my corned beef started. Watching carbs so no taters. I'll put the cabbage in later so it's a little Al Dente. I don't like mushy cabbage.
Same...no mushy cabbage here. Goes in about 1 1/2 hrs before finish
It was ok with my picture size today. Go figure. Corned beef turned out perfect. I only have this once or twice a year so it’s a nice treat.

I have the leftover meat cut up into small cubes. I'm going to make corned beef hash for breakfast this weekend while my sister and BIL are down.
I wanted some German brats for this but I haven't made any in awhile. So I grabbed some homemade Polish sausage.
Seared in a pan with some EVOO, sliced onions as well. When the onions got some color and started getting translucent, hit it with some S&P, a stick of butter and a can of beer. Let simmer until cooked through and the sauce starts thickening.
I had em on some buns with stone ground mustard. So freaking good.
