Daily Dinner thread?

It was ok with my picture size today. Go figure. Corned beef turned out perfect. I only have this once or twice a year so it’s a nice treat.

I wanted some German brats for this but I haven't made any in awhile. So I grabbed some homemade Polish sausage.

Seared in a pan with some EVOO, sliced onions as well. When the onions got some color and started getting translucent, hit it with some S&P, a stick of butter and a can of beer. Let simmer until cooked through and the sauce starts thickening.

I had em on some buns with stone ground mustard. So freaking good.
