Marsala marinated chicken breast stuffed with spinach, Italian sausage, bacon and mozzarella cheese and topped with more cheese and sausage.
Rice and a few breaded mushrooms to fill out the plate.

My Daughter made these last evening at the lake. Carnitas with all the trimmings. Fantastic Dinner.

Oh...my mind went in a completely different direction...I really need to move to a better part of town.
Peppers are good...sometimes I use peppers instead.

If you're going that way use ground chirzio and Mexican cheese. I've made them like that and they're really good.
