The verdict? It’s new so we really haven’t gotten to hear too much feedback but my brother loves it. A lady at the farmers market this past Saturday said she mixed it in her mayo and dipped her tater tot’s in it.Tonight was Uncle B's Heat Lab "Reel Dillapeno" fish seasoing on broiled tilapia with pine nut couscous and brocollini.![]()

It's definitely yummy. The dill really shines through, so the name is spot on. There's a little heat, but not much. Honestly, I wouldn't want it to be "hot." Fish, outside of blackened, shouldn't be spicy, I don't think. I'd be interested to see how it does on different fish. Tilapia is pretty bland so I thought it would make a good test bed. I don't get the paprika like I do in the Butcher's Blend, but the lemon, dill, jalapeno, and vinegar really jump out. It's good. I like it.The verdict? I can definitely see that. It would make a good tartar sauce.A lady at the farmers market this past Saturday said she mixed it in her mayo and dipped her tater tot’s in it.
Did you get the seasonings at one of the events or farmers market? It’s not on the site yet so I’m wondering if I saw you at a market and didn’t know it.It's definitely yummy. I met your brother and (I believe) nephew up in Cave Spring at the Art Show.Did you get the seasonings at one of the events or farmers market? It’s not on the site yet so I’m wondering if I saw you at a market and didn’t know it.
Yup, brother and nephew. That was a very good event for them although it was almost a catastrophe. The Friday night before, he set up all the stuff except for putting the sauces and seasonings out and that night there was a really bad wind storm and it blew the tent and all way out in the field and damaged it. He mostly fixed it and rocked the event from there. Had he put the product out it would have made a huge mess lol. I finally tried the butchers blend Saturday. It was pretty tasty!I met your brother and (I believe) nephew up in Cave Spring at the Art Show.
He mentioned as much. He was slammed with the people the whole time I was there and I saw a lot of empty cardboard boxes behind his tent.Yup, brother and nephew.
