Daily Dinner thread?

Jalapeño poppers...cream cheese and crumbled bacon, Lane's brisket rub...guess I could have added shredded cheese but I didn't have any cheddar anyway.

Also I could have par boiled the Jalapeños but I didn't...so they're still crunchy, I dont mind.

The egg roll wrappers go so well with this!

I also have some seasoned meatballs inside of onion petals wrapped in bacon going on the smoker. BBQ rub on the outside, gonna hit it with sauce at the end.

I also made a bunch of egg rolls but they got gone before I could get a full family pic

The onions fell apart a little bit but they were pretty good. Onions could have been a little softer but the bacon was great! I might just dice and sautée the onions next time and mix with the ground beef. Then wrap with bacon.

I've always had them that way but after having them wrapped in egg roll wrappers, I can't go back
