grilled pork chops marinated in Dale's green. roasted potatoes and sauteed broccoli
 
Hickory smoked salt and chops are meant for each other. I make smoked salt using coarse sea salt. I drizzle a little liquid smoke on it, mix it well so all of the salt gets some on it, then spread it on a baking sheet. I put it on the smoker for about an hour to dry it out. I put that into a pepper grinder. It makes some delicious grilled pork chops.
