It was something else. I brought a huge "brick" of it to work for lunch too.

I'm still manning the kitchen for the next few weeks while my wife is down. Last night I cooked us some deer cubed steak, homeade biscuits, homeade mashed potatoes, home canned green beans, and gravy made with fresh jersey milk. Talk about a good meal to end the day with!

Mississippi Pot Roast. I put this on about 1. Food Lion had them on sale last week so I picked a couple up to keep on hand. I'll make a pot of rice later. One of our favorite dinners.
