Phillys with onions, provolone, A1 and Tx Pete.
Made some blackened chicken Alfredo. Have to cut the carbs, so I substituted spaghetti squash. It was an excellent dish.
Just put this on for tomorrow. Boneless style Country Ribs, with potatoes, onions, carrots. Used a van coke, garlic powder, pepper, BarBQue sauce. I’ll let you know but I’ve done it before, just without potatoes and carrots.View attachment 7360613
