I think it must be a holiday thing. I bought a few of them. I cooked 2 and the third is still in the freezer. They do carry them at Wild Fork Foods. This place has some good cuts and anything I've bought from them has been good.
I know I picked up 2 of them at Publix I think last year and I've been keeping an eye out for them ever since. I'm trying to remember if it was around the holidays or not but that would make sense...I'm gonna have to stock up on the whole ribeye again this year since I'm out...
I'm gonna look around that Wild Fork website, looks like their closest store is in middle FL...
Made ramen a few days ago.
Their delivery service is excellent. I paid the $29 per year to be a member so I get free shipping. You set the delivery date and it comes in a well insulated box. The Cream and Cheese Gratin Potatoes are on point. They have harder to find cuts like tri-tip and Pichana.
