Daily Dinner thread?

We had a lo country boil, crab legs , shrimp, taters, polish sausage, corn on cob and coleslaw with key lime pie and lemon pie for dessert at church last night! Great meal and fellowship! Going to have a covered dish lunch after church Sunday!

Elk burgers and a cast iron skillet pineapple upside down my wife made me for my birthday yesterday.

Made a breakfast version of the pineapple upside down cake. Highly recommend making it. Add some pineapple and maraschino juice to the batter.

Had meat loaf, scallop potatoes and green bean casserole for dinner. Desert was apple crisp with ice cream

Buffalo blue cheese chicken wraps with guacamole, a few cajun shrimps, fries and fried pickles.

Wont be able to chew for a few weeks soooo.....Raw oysters, home made cocktail sauce, small cup of Wendy's Chili and Nanner Puddin.. With a beer to wash it down.

Homemade cocktail sauce is so easy and cheap! I make it all the time now, much better than most bottled stuff. Hope you're doing well!
