Daily Dinner thread?

Floured up some chunks of Chuck Roast and seared on all sides. Sautéed some carrots and onions and then braised in the Dutch oven with some beef broth. So good.

I used my Fake Creuset again 😆

Lmfao!! That blue one I posted is an enameled cast iron $50 Lodge I put a $20 Le Crueset knob on 🤣

I do however, have this legit Le Creuset that I love, was a Christmas present from my mother-in-law. It only comes out on special occasions, it's a cooking utensil but I don't like putting wear on it lmao

Needless to say, my mother-in-law is pretty awesome, I definitely won the lottery there.
