We love stuffed peppers...probably a throw back to my youth when Mom would have the freezer stocked with the Stouffer's variety. I've never heard of doing them in a air fryer. How does that work?

Last night I made Blackened skin on Salmon, sautéed yellow squash with carrots, and some seasoned jasmine rice.
This evening I turned a pound of 97% lean ground beef into a few thin smash burgers on low carb tortillas, sautéed zucchini and onions.
