Man, it was GOOD!
That chicken fried steak looks great. Especially with cabbage on the side. It's an extremely rare occasion I fry anything at home. If I eat fried someone else has done the frying. I've had chicken fried steak breakfast at Huddle House twice in the last couple of months. It's delicious but I feel like crap for 2 days afterward. Kind of worth it.

Salsa Chicken, black beans and rice, and pan fried plantains tonight. Pura Vida!
I forgot to take a pic of mine finished
but did carne asada on the Blackstone. Tortillas, cilantro/lime rice, homemade pico de gallo. It was great. Apps were street corn jalapeños.
