Did a test run on oyster casserole last week, this week it's show time.
No island fall holiday is complete without some oyster dish.

I'm headed to the Holy City tomorrow. My mother in law makes oyster dressing every year. Can't wait.

Last night was breakfast for supper again for us.

Roast beef hash on toast, topped with over-easy fried eggs.

Had a Firehouse sub. We have some BBQ and shrimp scampi for leftovers this week for dinner.
