Deer Meat Chili

Great job BIKER13 BIKER13 looks amazing!

I’ve got a few rolls of frozen deer meat I planned on using this weekend for some chili using my own spices. The ready seasons called Chili-O is pretty good too but I usually double the beans and meat when I use it in a pinch.

Get you some hot cornbread and you are ready!
 
I could see it in white chicken chili. That recipe sounds awesome BTW. It just seems like corn would be crossing into Brunswick stew territory in regular chili. Then you gotta throw in some squirrel.

My recipe changes each time This time I used pork sausage instead of deer
