Deer Patties

[Pro2A]

Ground deer from a fellow ODTer, bacon and chives/parsley. Seasoned and made into patties then put in freezer for an hour. Pan seared in butter and olive oil.

Try making the meat into Chinese dumplings if ya want something different. I was done with making burger from deer and pig..so turned into dumplings! Feels like from china!
