If nothing could have possibly been stuck down the drain then it’s most likely grease build up so keep flushing with near boiling water with a cup of rock salt. You can also try baking soda/vinegar then flush with the water mixture.

I feel your pain I’m currently dealing with plumbing issues myself so I’m passing along all the tricks I’ve found during my research lol
