Do muzzle devices change accuracy mechanically?

I recently changed out a Midwest two chamber brake for a Warcomp, and my groups seem bigger... i understand it may be (and probably is) me - due to being unfamiliar with the change in recoil or something...

But anyway - thoughts?

They can definitely change barrel harmonics, which absolutely brings with it the possibility of degrading mechanical accuracy.

Yeah. Just look at how cans print different groups than naked barrels.
