Do you tip your mail carrier for Christmas?

So got a cute "Happy Holidays" card from Rebecca our mail carrier in today's mail.

We've lived in this house for 14 years and this is the first time I can remember we've received a card like this. We've had 30 different mail carriers the years we've been here. I guess I would feel different if they did something other than their job.

Do you tip your mail carrier for Christmas? I never have. To my knowledge growing up we never did, either.

Nope. Wouldn't even know which one to give it to. Have a different one just about every day.

my mailman can't read numbers 20% of the time and has to redeliver packages, be glad you have a great mail carrier

I don't even know who to tip at restaraunts anymore. The person who takes our drink order, the one who brings them out, the one who takes our food order, the person who brings that out, or the other staff I have to ask to refill my drink, or have to ask for the check.

No, although I leave her snacks in the box, occasionally. She leaves my doggy treats, also. I noticed a card in my AJC paper today, from the delivery person, with an address, to send gifts. NOT! Half the time, it lands in the ditch, or in the wet grass!

My mail carrier changes regularly. If, it's college football season my mail comes after 5pm carrier is a female, the rest of the year it's different people but the mail gets to me by 1pm.
