Sounds like a deal. I'd still try to talk them down a tad. Mebbe $340 out the door? Never hurts to ask.

Private sales do not mean cheaper. Some great deals can be found but they go quick. Private sellers don't have the pressure to flip inventory. Also, some buyers prefer FTFs so they're willing to pay more to a private seller.
