How did everybody do today?
We had another great shoot and lunch. Our bird count seemed to be down around 20% maybe.
But you have to consider that the property was designed just for bird shooting. We have a creek,roosting trees. The 2 fields we plant didn't have any power lines on them so about 10 years ago we paided some guys to come out and set telephone poles and string cable. When we plant each year we put up electric fences around the 2 fields so the deer can't get to the millet or sunflowers so we always have a good stand of feed for them. And its a private field not a pay shoot.
