Dumb Glock question. ..

I have a Glock Generation 4 Model 35. Can I use a ported barrel on this weapon?

If it's an aftermarket designed for the 35 sure. Most guys run a threaded barrel and a compensator

I'm just thinking of giving it a try just for the hell of it. I fire a Model 65 in 357 with a Magna-ported barrel and love it.

It's my understanding that the slide on the 35 is cut out for weight reduction, keeping its weight in line with the G22 so the recoil spring assembly is the same. Lone wolf distributors used to make a barrel for the 35 that was ported.
