Easter Dinner

Smoked deer sausage and spiral sliced ham on the Smokey Joe !

I got a ham going. I did a home made glaze. Little bit of brown sugar. Mustard worsctesire sauce thyme and garlic.

Putting the ham in @ noon, got baked mac&cheese and green bean casserole going in later.

My wife made Colcannon (Irish dish made with mashed potatoes, fried bacon and cabbage), ham, pole beans, rolls and Coconut cake for dessert.

Got a butt and slab of ribs on the BGE.
The casseroles are ready for the oven.
Mac and Cheese cooking.
Kids bringing over beans and slaw.
Humming Bird cake for desert.

These three fellows showed up gobbling for Easter dinner after they found I we already cooked a ham. See you in November.
