Nice, I only found and cooked a few. Nothing like those you have but I did find a nice Lions Mane. They are excellent.

Man I only find them jokers when they have started drying. I have yet to find a healthy mane yet.

Absolutely, I split mine and everything gets soaked. Especially chanterelles...never know what will crawl out of them jokers.
I really enjoy cooking split morels on the charcoal grill with a little garlic butter. Outstanding!

I have found a ton of edible fungus along the upper chattahoochee. red and golden chanterelles as well as mane and chicken.
