So I just gotta ask, what's compensation for? Have you been make the house payment? If so, yeah she owes you, if not, bounce. Take your stuff and go get your part of the bank accounts. Only take what's yours and make sure you can prove it if necessary. If you'e in Cobb co, you don' stand a chance of getting anything that you can' prove is yours.
