Father shoots 17 year old daughters BF in her bed. She told dad she didn't know him.

What if the kid in the bed were armed, and he knew he was guilty of nothing more that a little game of hide the weenie. The father comes in, draws a gun on him....can the kid defend himself with deadly force?

That would be a hell of a trick. He would have to be fast like Little Joe Cartwright fast to get from balls deep to shooting a man already drawn.

DO you have a statute on that? There was a kid in the news a while back that used his dad's AR to defend his little sister from burglars. No charges filed.

He was eligible. His house, his (parent's) weapons.

An underage male in the bed with a girl who brought a gun into someone else's house is not eligible.
